Modesto, CA (WorkersCompensation.com) – A judge has ordered a California man to pay nearly $1 million to the state after he pleaded no contest to workers’ compensation fraud this week.
Michael Zendejas, 47, of Turlock, CA, was the owner and president of Trinity Personnel, Inc., and provided temp workers to cover shifts for his clients.
