Older Workers Injured On The Job File Suit Against Winnebago
Forest City, IA (WorkersCompensation.com) – Six former workers for the Winnebago RV plant in Forest City, Iowa have filed suit against the company alleging they were fired because they had a disability or had complained about the company.
Many of the workers also say they were injured on the job. All of the complainants say they were fired because they were older and were replaced by younger employees.
