American Airlines Sued For Violating Sick Leave Law
New York, NY (WorkersCompensation.com) –The Department of Consumer and Worker Protection (DCWP) has filed suit against American Airlines for allegedly violating New York City’s Paid Safe and Sick Leave Law. In addition to civil penalties, the DCWP is seeking $375,000 in the case on behalf of over 750 workers.
