MI: 22-Year-Old Loses Leg Maintaining Carnival Ride
Owosso, MI (WorkersCompensation.com) – A 22-year-old man was injured over the weekend when he slipped on the ride he was working on.
According to reports, Nicholas Chapman was working on the Fireball ride at the Owosso-Curwood Festival Saturday when he injured his leg. An employee of the Skerbeck Family Carnival, Chapman was sent to Hurley Medical Center where his leg was amputated.
