NY Man Charged with Collecting WC Benefits While Competing in 'Strenuous' Races
Town of Crawford, NY (WorkersCompensation.com)- A 56-year-old New York man is due in court to face charges of defrauding the state’s’ workers’ compensation fund of $33,700. Robert Marra was charged with 3rd degree grand larceny and a Workers’ Compensation Law charge of penalties for fraudulent practices, both of which are felonies.
