Tesla Disputes Report That On-Site Clinic Denied Injured Workers Compensation Coverage
Fremont, CA (WorkersCompensation.com) – Doctors working for the on-site clinic for auto manufacturer Tesla downplayed worker injuries and in some cases denied they were work-related at all, according to a new report from the Center for Investigative Reporting, a nonprofit investigative journalism organization. But a Tesla spokesperson said the company is working on safety improvements at the plant and disputed the idea that it fails to properly report work-related injuries.
