By now, we have all heard about the terrible FIU Bridge collapse that tragically claimed multiple lives.
Investigators have now confirmed that workers were adjusting tension rods at the time the bridge collapsed. This comes after an audio recording of a phone call where a bridge engineer warned of cracks in the bridge that needed be addressed. However, it should be noted that the engineer did say that the bridge was safe to use at the time.
