Frankfort, KY (WorkersCompensation.com) – A bill that would overhaul Kentucky’s workers’ compensation system advanced in that state’s legislature this week.
The bill would put a time limit on workers’ compensation benefits for some workers. It calls for a 15-year cap from the date of injury for workers’ filing for permanent, partial disability stemming from on the job injuries.
