Brooklyn, NY (WorkersCompensation.com) – A federal judge has rejected a proposed $3 million settlement from Uber to New York drivers who accused the company of keeping excessive fees from their fares.
US District Judge Nicholas Garaufis said he objected to a part of the agreement that would allow Uber Technologies, Inc. to revive breach of contract claims the judge previously dismissed, if the proposed settlement ultimately won approval.
