Gulfport, MS (WorkersCompensation.com) – A Mississippi judge has ruled in favor of the widower of a former Mississippi state employee, awarding him his wife’s death benefits after she committed suicide.
Administrative Judge Robert J. Arnold, III, determined her suicide was “work related.”
Arnold awarded Dan K. “Ken” Hill almost $200,000, plus interest calculated from the day after her death on Aug. 18, 2012.
