Hillsboro, OH (WorkersCompensation.com) – A Wilmington, OH doctor was indicted on 29 felony counts Wednesday, following an investigation by multiple state agencies there.
Dr. Timothy S. Manuel was arrested on one count of workers’ compensation fraud, 14 counts of aggravated drug trafficking, and 14 count of illegal processing of drug documents, Steven Schierholt, executive director of the Ohio Board of Pharmacy said in a press release.
