Your Participation Needed: Claims Operational Study, Final Week

  • 07/10/17
  • Robert Wilson

Many of you have probably seen invitations for the 2017 Work Comp Benchmarking Survey. It's now the final week and, if you've not yet participated, I encourage you to do so. Past studies, published by Rising Medical Solutions and authored by my respected friend Denise Algire, provide some great performance metrics and strategies for addressing top issues faced by claims organizations today.

The 2017 study focuses on substantiating a new set of successful practices as it continues to validate how and what higher performing claims organizations are doing compared to industry peers.

The survey is intended for leaders who oversee workers' compensation claims operations from various payer organizations (e.g. carriers, TPAs, employers, risk pools, etc.). Everyone who takes the 15 minute survey will receive a complete copy of the 2017 Study Report.

Below is the link to take this confidential survey. Thanks in advance for your participation.

"A Place Online for our CEO to Opine"

Robert Wilson is President & CEO of WorkersCompensation.com, and "From Bob's Cluttered Desk" comes his (often incoherent) thoughts, ramblings, observations and rants - often on workers' comp or employment issues, but occasionally not.

Bob has a couple unique personality characteristics. He firmly believes that everyone has the right to his (Bob's) opinion, and while he may not always be right, he is never in doubt. Enter at your own risk, and like all of our blog areas, we encourage you to read the disclaimer at the bottom of the page.

Bob is an accomplished speaker for the workers' compensation industry. He is available for conferences, corporate events, children's birthday parties and Bar Mitzvahs. You may access his Speakers Brief here.
