Amazon Also Named in Lawsuit Against Transportation Company
PA, NJ (WorkersCompensation.com) - An attorney in a lawsuit filed against retail giant Amazon says a company that delivered goods for Amazon claimed employees worked in Pennsylvania instead of New Jersey to save on workers’ compensation insurance rates.
