OK Court of Civil Appeals Issues Opinion on Compensability Over Aggravation of Pre-Existing Condition
Oklahoma City, OK (WorkersCompensation.com) - Division III of the Oklahoma Court of Civil Appeals has issued an unpublished opinion which goes a long way in evaluating the parameters of 85A O.S. 2(9)(b)(6), which prohibits the compensability of an aggravation of a pre-existing condition unless the treating physician finds the aggravation to be "significant and identifiable."
