I was let go due to " company downsizing" that is all it takes. Cannot prove otherwise. The business was slow and I was requesting a return to work at the time. So now they can pay my unemployment insurance claim when I am released next month.
I think it is better to move on. Fmla for is all I know of and some employers do not even need to do that. That is situation specific.

The claim was never disputed and did not need a lawyer, my job is telling me that my position is no longer avaliable and no longer have a job. Its thought if its work comp I was intitled to my job back ? I live in NY, thanks in advance.
