Newbie question: Off the Clock...
FYI: firefox will work with both MAC and BWC website
Reminder :

Cap, what I was saying, here in my State of ILLINOIS, if the parking lot is a desiganated parking lot said to be used by they employer, for it's employee's, that if used before, after, and during working hours, including lunch time, if one gets injured on such lot, it will be considered an allowable injury.

Now, if the IC is an out of State IC, they most likely will decline that it is work related, as I have seen at my work place. And it takes an attorney, and a hearing, but it will be shown to be work related. Those that don't or didn't argue the issue, lost benefits.

That's what I thought you meant. PA works the same wayWink
I had a slip and fall on an icy parking lot on my way into work. The parking lot was owned by the hospital where I worked. It was considered a workman's comp. injury even though I was not "on the clock" yet. My supervisor's secretary helped me up from the ground so I had a credable whitness to the fall and did report it right away.
