Attorney/Settlement Opinion

If you mean that if you apply for work, will or could such employer find out you were on work comp, or injured, then that is yes they could possibly find that out. Some States have what is called Public Access, which allows some information to be allowed open to the Public eye.

OK, Bad Boy, if the case is closed will that make a difference vs the case still being opened? To me if the case remains open it makes it look like I am STILL getting some sort of treatment for my injuries and I am not healed, am I correct?

I will just have to be honest and say yes, if and when ask on any application have I ever had a injury and filed for workers compensation. If a company is interested, they will give me to an opportunity to explain. Thanks, for your time.

That is just it, we are screwed if that question is on an employment application, for if we lie it can be cause to fire a person if hired, and they discover it at a later date.
