Tax records
Make them wait and sweat for sometime.
Cervical Fusion 2003, c5-c6. Herniated and damaged Disc L1- L4-L5 S1. Lumbar Spinal Cord stimulator implant 09-2008. Cervical ACDF revision with hardware c4-c5-c6-c7 Sept 2009.
I'll play, but all in all, they aren't going to sweat too much. This really is a benefit to me, to show and prove I have not been working, or employed since 2004 through 2009, by them asking to see tax returns that show my income status. They want 2003 to 2008 records. No problem, as I found out I can just go to the Local IRS office, and ask for those reports showing the years requested. This allows me, to only supply them with the main Tax report sheet, showing such information. Where as if I allowed them the consent to acces they would see way more then what me and my attorney wish them to see. This then is my, benefit, not giving them more bullets to fire. They done this, because the Hearing Officer told them in Dec. be ready to settle. Not a problem as the hearing officer only gave them another 60 days again. They didn't like that. ROTFLMAO.

Good Luck, You can prove to them you are much smarter but we already knew that.
no matter where you're at there you are
