Did the rules change or am I missing something
#1
I got a denial letter from the ic. So I called the dr. office to find out if they were going to resubmit or submit plan b. I was told my ncm had an up coming appointment with the dr. I asked why was I not informed of this, and was told it was between the dr. and the ncm. Tomorrow I will be calling the ncm.

Any thoughts.

AQA, I would surely want to be at that appt. between them to make sure everything being said is true. If you have Counsel, you need to be on the phone as soon as possible with them! If you don't have Counsel, you'd better start looking, "The Games Have Begun" and you are going to need someone in your corner to help protect your Rights!! If you are able to attend this appt., try to take a witness with you and have them take notes! If they won't allow you or a witness, request a copy of this appt. sent to you, it's part of your Medical Record, and you should be able to obtain a copy of it. But in my opinion, you really need Counsel at this point, I'm sure the i/c has one, and you need one too!! Please Protect Yourself, and Please keep us informed!!Wink
