AMA and Indiana question
#1
Does anyone know if they use the AMA guidelines for determining the value of a workers' comp. case in the state of Indiana?

Thanks!

I believe in Indiana AMA Guides use not required, however the latest edition of the Guides is often used to evaluate nonscheduled impairment.

Hey Jayne not bursting my bubble because it really doesn't suprise me. I feel for all of those who had to go so long without income. What I don't get is how they can get by without paying for so long. I know I am just a newb to all of this and it is just beginning for me and at times I can be very naive but I am trying to smarten up Tongue
