Does anyone know if they use the AMA guidelines for determining the value of a workers' comp. case in the state of Indiana?

I believe in Indiana AMA Guides use not required, however the latest edition of the Guides is often used to evaluate nonscheduled impairment.

Tired I dont want to burst your bubble but 33 days is a drop in the bucket......some on here have went years without a check waiting on them.....most WC cases take their time

Hey Jayne not bursting my bubble because it really doesn't suprise me. I feel for all of those who had to go so long without income. What I don't get is how they can get by without paying for so long. I know I am just a newb to all of this and it is just beginning for me and at times I can be very naive but I am trying to smarten up

I just don't know if I am that strong kuddo's to you and all the others who have made it through all this time . I have to say this forum has some really tuff people on it and I am trying my best to learn from them but for some reason I can't shake this depressing feeling it jsut seems to keep getting worse and worse

I think I will take the "there is a whole batch of great people here you wouldnt have met otherwise" choice. That at least makes this whole horrible proccess have a bright side to it
