IME dr. says I'm at MMI

Cycler, my bad...I have the IME dr.'s report in front of me now...in it he states that he believes I can function at a light duty capacity. Which would include lifting or handling 10lbs.-15lbs. max, where no repetitive gripping is required and no use of vibratory or power equipment. With that being known still my employer has no light duty available. So, I'm at MMI...now what do I do?
Life is what happens to you while you're busy making other plans.
