Sad
went in front of the ALJ yesterday...give creditabil testamony....he sided with us, rated at 17/12% each wrist and 15% each elbow with a 10% for the nailgun injury. not quite 300 weeks of disability pay, all in all got more than most do for this sort of injury case i guess. now we can hopefully return to the real life and forget about the last couple of years. at least we have enough now to get out of this state after i complete my vocational rehabilitation. finally seeing the end of this Hell. of couors, can't sleep right now hoping i didn't make a big mistake but am fed up with this WC crap.Sad (can't even spell worth a crap today either...lol) FREE AT LAST!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (i hope)

not really sure about that imsckofit...when i get all the paperwork back, i'll be sure to let you know how it was done. i know the judge rated me and so did our IME doctor. in my case, i had 2 different claims, one for the nailgun injury and the other was for bi-lateral cts and cUts so not really sure the what and hows yet but i'll update when i find out. thanx!! SHOW-ME the way out of this state!!!!!!!!Cool
