#1
I am tired, yawning, the sleeping meds are doing thre job....but once I lie down, I CANNOT be still and sleep......I will have to wiggle a toe, or scatch my ear, or turn over....on, and on, and on. I just finished doing 1 hour there just trying to be still. This is driving me NUTS!!!!

Any suggestions?

True, however, I think Admins face would be a personal touch.

Red, I have done exactly what you are doing for over 2 years now, because RSD is better at night for me. But now, with the ketamine working it is not the RSD. As far as the RLS, I thought that was in your legs, this is like a whole body deal, just "move, wiggle, sqirm,etc....
