HI everyone I'm new to this site I have a question that I hope someone can help me with. I was a LPN and I broke my radial head and had to have it replaced crushed elbow and tricep tendon expolsion. has been almost 2 yrs. I just reach MMI with a PPD of 34% rt arm and 20% total body unable to return to nursing due to perm. restristion to my arm W/C called and said I would get life time medical and they would figure up my settlement I called an lawyer but he said to wait to see what they offered before getting a lawyer. So I guess my question would be does anyone know what a good offer is for my injury or how to do the calculation or it. Thanks

rates and amounts are different for each state. the calculation can be complex.
the formula are fixed by law and often depend on many factors.
