I have been off work since 10/07 and have finally gotten my TTD straightened out. I live and work in Illinois and have been told that I am entitled to the normal holiday pay by my employer as usual. Would be nice as I cannot receive o/t nor work per diem at any other job outside of my primary employer. Anyone have any answers....
Thanks

In New York I too received my holiday pay for a while then they started taking it to cover my insurance. I dont know if you are supposed to or not I think it matters what your AWW is and as long as you are not receiving more than your AWW it should not be a problem

on my job the rule is no matter what in order to get holiday pay you have to report to work the day before and the day after unless it is your regular off day then you must report on you last and first regular work day to be entitled to holiday pay. But I am in ca.
