Hi, how is future medical secured within the W/C system? Is it though a stipulated award or something like that ? I've asked my attorney and haven't received any information on this .and what effect if any on my msa or my SSDI. The IC is trying to get the QME to rewrite his report saying I don't need surgery, how ridiculous, I see my case continuing down the rabbit hole of the WC system! !!

Thanks for your time

yes.
parties agree to PD % and future medical. stipulations have to be approved and benefits award by WCAB.

Thanks 1171
Would there be a hearing on this ?
I'm assuming that I would have agree to the terms of the award, this IC isn't going to want to pay for any surgery or treatment, they've denied so much already! !
Thanks Again

not unless the court found some irregularities or needed additional clarification. any denial of treatment has to conform to the Medical treatment utilization schedule and can be appealed to an Independent Review.
