Workmen’s Comp.

Workmen’s Comp.I work for a company in Massachusetts we are doing a prevailing wage job employer made us all 1% owner to get away with out paying Workmen’s Comp. is that legal I am an hourly employee working 40 hours a week on a prevailing wage job

you are not giving a judicial determination; they are not going to take them to jail based on your report. it's just information for them to check out.
