Settlement Questions- Michigan

Keep good documentation. Attys and courts love paper; the more you have the better. You can follow up with a letter and keep copies. Make notes about when and who you called.
The trial may be limited to some outstanding issues and not a final determination
Reminder :
........Each state has their own comp system; POST YOUR STATE to get accurate information. Use the search feature to find information from similar questions.

Great news! After the facilitation the magistrate has suggested 5 years of wages and fringes, and the insurance attorney has agreed and said he was going to suggest that to his client(the insurance carrier)

With the judge, and their own lawyer saying they should settle, what is the likelyhood they are still going to take it to court instead? I have a meeting with my attorney within a handful of days, and just trying to calm my nerves before I go in.
