Are they receiving more PD because they are more disabled due to not receiving medical treatment?
I am not an attorney.Anything I write should not be considered legal advice.I am writing from my own personal experiences, which is not from any sort of legal background. You should consult with an attorney over legal issues. In California, if you cannot get an attorney you can consult with an I&A officer.

Thank you for the clarification.
I would like to see the vouchers paid to injured workers automatically when they becomes eligible. Many injured workers are not aware of that benefit or how to apply and why millions are going uncollected.

I know vouchers are not part of PD but part of the changes with SB863. I miss being able to edit posts.
