How many years do you have to reopen a claim?

Hurt back at work about 25 years ago, was off work on work comp for awhile back then , went back to work and have been working with the bad back ever since, now it is really starting to bother me from the old injury and i have had to go to physical therapy for it, i am still working with back hurting me, Just wondering if my old claim would still cover anything? I'am in PA and still work for the same company that i orginaly hurt my back with.The work comp. insurane company has changed since then.

no.
you could file a claim for a new injury but you would have to have a medical opinion that your on going work activities have aggravated your condition.

I have a chiropracter that has treated me years back for this and i still go to him, he knows my cond. and keeps telling me that he is surprized that i am still living with this condition, would he be able to help me with a claim? He has alredy told me that he could have me off work with my cond.

The fact that you knew it was work related and didn’t file on your old claim would work against reopening.
You and your chiropractor can file a new claim:
