I am in MD, Recently was at a hearing to reinstate my medical benefits and TTD. It was ruled in my favor on both issues ,However I have a feeling judging by the past behavior of the Insurer there will be an appeal. If there is one filed am I still entitled to the TTD and Medical treatments or will I have to wait until the appeal process is complete, because that is a very long time? And what is next , full of questions not much closure as of yet, been 14 days since hearing

If they win their appeal how would they get their money back? The whole reason to appeal is to avoid paying; there is no point if they are required to pay anyway.
If they lose the appeal, the payments would be retroactive.
There are more the just one appeal level and if they win you also have appeal rights.
