I can’t judge the quality of the evidence which i haven’t seen. There are too many variables.
Your injury came on top of your arthritis so if your treating doc makes a persuasive case that there hasn’t been enough time or treatment for it to heal, you have a better then 50% chance.
If there is more treatment that is likely to improve your condition, the judge may give you that time.
