I had a shoudler injury which causing pain in arm/ hands./shoulder.and neck is having issues ever since injury . I got a MRI it came back negative for any tears but I seen a surgeon and im in physical therapy as of now. I get a call from my lawyer a week ago and the company responsible is offering a settlement less than 4 months into the claim is that normal are they afraid that my neck is having some major issues it's always stiff and hurting certain movements make my whole arm ache down to finger tips I cannot sleep on the side of the injury I have trouble with moving arm to do normal activities yet to even work. I'm just confused that they offering $$$ so early I have yet to get a neck evaluation from a specialist

i suspect they believe your claim will become more expensive the longer it goes on. many want a quick cash settlement. if you don't, then let your atty know what you believe would be a successful outcome of your claim.
