What do I need to do next as for as my job? Do I contact them or will the doctor or do my attorney contact my job? I don't want to just not show up there an get FIRED.. I was forced to get a attorney because for a month they really just kept just pumping meds my way and no further treatment

When you are too sick to work most employers require you to notify them.
Have The doctor should send a report to the carrier and a copy to the employer.
