Finally got a trial date
All this after 4-5 months and 3 hearings later. I wish I had known that I can get a court reporter for these hearings.

I’m surprised to see that the DA listed everything that I listed. They listed the same witness or in my case, the people who wrongfully terminated me.

Is there a cost to subpoena them? I thought it might be better if the DA subpoena them but I’m worried they won’t do it. Then again, if they don’t have any witnesses, what arguments can they make?

Where can I find information on judges? I didn’t realize that I can choose or strike the judge that the attorney picked. I hope I picked one that helps injured workers.
