Sending to wrong place??

This is the second time Pain Management has sent procedure requests to the wrong place..  Instead of sending these to the Insurance Carrier, they keep sending them right to the Comp Board..  I've only been waiting since August for these shots.
I've called them and told them both times and they say I'm wrong... so both times I scanned in the letters from the board and sent them on their portals... they say I'm STILL wrong...
My lawyer even got copies of the letters that were sent to me and they were sent to PM too...  but for some reason, all of us are wrong and not them...

File a complaint with the medical board with a copy to the head/owner of your pain mgmt center and the carrier.

Well... filed that day 1171... so far nothing.. Contacted PM again to see if there is any news.. request #3 is being sent... Don't know if I want to wait any longer with these morons. About ready to just tell my lawyer to start the medical settlement.... or wait until the first of the year when my new insurance starts and see if they will pay for the shot.
