Every injury is different and it is the level of permanent disability that is rated.
This explains the Almarez Guzman case.

If you read the link I provided above, this link will provide more info about your question on the two different ratings. Your QME report with rating will be sent to the DEU to be rated.

It’s a little more than I bargained for. I was just curious why there’s two different rating for same injury.

Do they use my aww after the wpi is calculated? I read on another link and it has maximum weekly rate at $290. I’m meeting with the IC next week with their new counsel and I wanted compare what they are offering to settle’
