It sounds like it’s going to be a long battle since I did not take the offer. I’m curious to know what happens after my appointment. As an injured worker, whats the best case scenario for me? I have had little treatment and it’s only gotten worst.
I don,t know all the issues or what you consider “best”. I’ll assume you want the doc to say your condition is due to the job and you can get significant better with the right treatment.
It’s best not to try and predict outcomes as they vary infinitely with each situation; and you’ll set yourself up for disappointment when the long shot doesn’t come in.
I was just being careful. The first one I went to was pretty vocal about the way my claim was denied. He retired and his report was not completed:
I am not worried about what his report will say. I’m more concern about understanding it and the process afterwards.
The only thing I’m concerned about is what then adjuster and carrier nextove to try and delay the process.
