Patients Right To Know Act in California

I hope this includes physicians convicted in kickback cases. Kickbacks do cause patients harm. They deny patients their right to an honest service and informed consent. Most importantly kickbacks are done to change behavior and can result in medically unnecessary testings, treatments and surgery.
I am not an attorney.Anything I write should not be considered legal advice.I am writing from my own personal experiences, which is not from any sort of legal background. You should consult with an attorney over legal issues. In California, if you cannot get an attorney you can consult with an I&A officer.

I just can't believe things like this have to be regulated nowadays. Where are we going as a society?
