Work comp in Texas, been off work since April 14th, July 6th was eligible for direct deposit, payments have been double, I got a doctor's release for August 1st, and sent that to my insurance adjuster. Will they automatically stop my direct deposit, I really don't want the payments to continue after I go back to work, if I have to pay it back. And what to do about these double payments? Also getting them to pay doctor's bills is like pulling teeth

some things work smoothly and others don't; no one can predict which will happen in your case.
don't spend the extra $$.
it's illegal for comp treaters to bill the worker. if they do, notify them and DWC in writing and keep a copy.
