Mine is trauma I had the accident in Maryland.I have searched MD Judiciary case search and cannot find. Can anybody help me find this information, put me in a direction. Thank you
Depends how on how your claim was closed.
Do you have your previous claim paperwork?
Did you buyout future benefits?
Was there a court approved award?

You have 5 yrs from the last payment of compensation to reopen a claim for worsening crondition.

Reminder :
........Each state has their own comp system; POST YOUR STATE to get accurate information. Use the search feature to find information from similar questions.
