Hello, my husband lost his middle finger tip on right hand at work when trash compactor came down on it. He has hired an Attorney and all, but not much information from him. He goes to his impairment rating in a few days. My question is, in KY how much can we expect in compensation? He can't lift heavy items or pick up small objects with that hand hardly. Is there anything he can do to help improve his chances in getting the maximum in compensation? Any input is greatly appreciated.

Having an experienced workers compensation atty will ensure that there will be fewer errors or omissions when computing his rating and corresponding benefits.
He can find out more about the rating process and permanent partial disability here

Or
By contacting the ombudsman
