Hello everyone,
Can you tell me if you leave employment via voluntary quit, fired, or take another job while on light duty, will you be paid TTD benefits if , months/ years later, you have surgery for the work injury and was taken out of work from new job, no job, etc. Thank you.

Each state has different time lmits; it has nothing to do with changing jobs.
Workers comp is the employers insurance, not yours.

Depends on how the case was closed.
Generally you have a year from the last furnishing of benefits to file wth the comp court for more.
If you have court approved benefits, the time to reopen for more is different .
