I think I understand you.
There are "unwritten" laws in connecticut that only some special people know about.
The 8% rating limit that applies to 2017 injuries is one of these unwritten laws that you were told about.
There is no link or outside source to find out about them.
You have to call sue Ann to be told about the unwritten laws.
Most workers will think the written laws passed by the legislature and signed by the govenor are the real laws. But they are being fooled!
Won't they be surprised when they expect they will get total disability or a high rating and will only get 8% benefits!
Connecticut seems like a fun state to be in. You'll never know when you are breaking an unwritten law or who is making up the unwritten laws.
Do they have giant meeting in stadiums where the people go to hear these unwritten laws?
What if someone writes down one o f the unwritten laws? Do they go to jail?
You posted an unwritten law! Now it's in writing with your name on it!
Is it still an unwritten law?
Why are some laws written and others not? Is it just to confuse people like lawyers?
What if there is a written law that you get total disability and an unwritten one that says you get 8%? which one is correct?
You have a great imagination roots! You should be a writer.....(except about unwritten laws... )
Have a great fantasy life.
Wow! That's the most entertaining post I've seen on this board.
