No other choice but to claim bankruptcy at this point. I have been screwed ever since I was injured. Behind on house payment, and everything. I do not make enough to catch up, and late fees are eating me alive... Thats why I was hoping I would get SSDI. But doctor says I can go back to work with light duty. In there eyes I am not totally disabled, even though I have chronic neck and back pain, shoulder is at only 150 degree range of motion too...They will not work me like that either. I am fighting to get treatment to get well to be able to go back to work, although they have for 16 months denied my neck injury, because I have DDD in it... Never a problem with neck until the day I was injured! Sick over everything, mentally, physically, emotionally. I have to get well soon before this literally kills me!
