What should I expect
#1
Wondering what happens now, I was injured 10 months ago at turns out I have 2 herniated cervical disc the first specialist they sent me to said nothing he could do recommend I see another specialist and continued to keep me out of work. I just seen another doctor for an ime and he said I've not reached mmi and that he thinks u would benefit from a fusion. Now the insurance company is reviewing and thinking of getting another opinion. How many doctors can they force me to see? I live in North Carolina not sure of the laws any help would be appreciated

Either party can obtain medical opinion at their own expense at any time; there is no limit.
You can file an objection with the comp court.
