So I was injured at work a few months ago and been on short term disability when I receive treatment and recover. I was getting very little TTD due to the work schedule of my job when they stopped payment due to my doctor not sending in my paperwork. A couple days later they issued my check and it has been double what I was getting. This has happened 3 checks now and have not heard anything about it from the claims adjuster or my lawyer. Should I say anything or wait for them to notice since I do need the money? This is in TX

If it is and over payment they can deduct it from any settlement. Maybe they under paid you in the beginning.
You can ask your atty whether whether the carrier/employer should be told about the change in payments.

Maybe your LTD was underpaying you or they may estimate payments from different time period. I am not familiar with your states TTD laws.
Make sure you notify your LTD that you are receiving WC payments as most policies state this is mandatory so no overpayment happens (unless you have a LTD policy that does not count WC payments, which I have seen but rare).
I agree with 1171 to let your attorney handle it.
I am not an attorney.Anything I write should not be considered legal advice.I am writing from my own personal experiences, which is not from any sort of legal background. You should consult with an attorney over legal issues. In California, if you cannot get an attorney you can consult with an I&A officer.
