I am a contractor and got injured on a job site back in October of 2015, I have been on WC since then with salary continuation from my employer while performing a temporary desk job. I have had 3 surgeries due to my knee injury and physical therapy after each surgery. If any, what kind of outcome can i expect from this, compensation, should I pursue a case against the customer I was working at?..I am uncertain of my future with the current company also, feels like they have been trying to get me to quit.
Thanks,
-Brad

Any third party recovery will allow workers comp to deduct their costs.
You can find more about determining your future disability benefits by referring to the publications on permanent partial disability, wage loss compensation, and scheduled loss benefits here:
