twight zone maybe? CO
#1
Hello,
Recently I was hurt at work in a school stopping a fight. I saw a comp doctor at being given advice to do so. The doctor saw me for 10 minutes said I can return to work no restrictions and set a follow up with another doctor. The follow up doctor was not the one prescribed. I wanted the follow up doctor.
I do the treatments prescribed
I have not made improvements (back)
I am still at work with no restrictions

Any one have any sound advice for me?

Thank you for your time and expertise on anything.

Learn the comp rules that control the claim:
https://www.colorado.gov/cdle/dwc

Medical treatment is often hit and miss. If you want to change doctors or get a second opinion talk to your atty. about how to do that within the rules of your state.

This is the employers insurance not yours. They pay the premium and control how the benefits are used.
Since the claim is litigated things will happen slowly as there are more layers of communication and approvals.
Reminder :
........Each state has their own comp system; POST YOUR STATE to get accurate information. Use the search feature to find information from similar questions.
THANKS FOR POSTING.
