It has been 3 months since my WRI and I haven't heard from the adjuster but once (she left a message on my cell and never returned my call) Zenith insurance. Does anyone know a bit about this insurance and what would be my next step? CA here.

Depends on whether you wish to litigate or not.
If you get an atty, you will never have to deal directly with the carrier again. Litigation often delays resolution and it can be just as difficult to contact your atty.
You can contact her supervisor and complain on up the chain of command Up to the claims manager.
And/or Write a complaint letter to the president of the company.
And/or Contact your state legislator
And/or You contact an I&A officer.

Do you mean MRI?
I am not an attorney.Anything I write should not be considered legal advice.I am writing from my own personal experiences, which is not from any sort of legal background. You should consult with an attorney over legal issues. In California, if you cannot get an attorney you can consult with an I&A officer.
